Changes Due to Retransmission Consent Rules
Please note the following changes due to Designated Marketing Area (DMA) restrictions and proposed charges:
- CBS Station (WTVY) and NBC Station (WLTZ) are no longer available in Pike and Crenshaw Counties
- ABC Station (WNCF) and CBS Station (WAKA) are no longer available in Dale and Coffee Counties
- NBC Station (WJHG) is no longer available in Daleville
The price being demanded to retransmit these stations is beyond what we at Troy Cable feel is fair. This charge for service is a direct cost to you, our subscribers. This directly affects your rates; we have negotiated in good faith with all TV stations to keep these rates as low as possible.
