Did you get the speed you expected? Are you connected wirelessly, or are you wired directly to the modem?

The Ookla Speed Test requires at least version 8 of Flash. Please update your client.

Some deviation from your maximum upload/dowload speeds. 10-20% loss from overhead is common. More than that could indicate a problem.

If the results came back near the maximum levels but performance still seems lower than expected, try visiting other web sites. The sites you are visiting may be experiencing their own. Or perhaps it's time to upgrade your service package.
